Terms of Service
Effective 21 July 2026. By using pavingcalc.com you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Estimates are not quotes
This is the part that matters. PavingCalc produces a ballpark range from typical market rates. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not a commitment by us or by any contractor to do work at that price.
The real cost of a paving job depends on things this site cannot see: the condition of the ground under your driveway, drainage, slope, site access, how far the crew has to haul material, permits, and what the asphalt market is doing that month. A contractor standing on your property will price it differently, and that price is the real one.
Do not use these figures to sign a contract, settle a dispute, or plan a budget you cannot move. Get a written quote.
Measurement accuracy
Areas are calculated from an outline you draw on satellite imagery, or from dimensions you type in. Imagery can be out of date, obscured, or distorted at the edges, and an outline you draw is only as accurate as you draw it. Treat the square footage as approximate and check it against a tape measure before it matters.
Using the site
You may use PavingCalc for your own property or projects. You may not:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the site.
- Submit other people’s details, or addresses you have no connection to.
- Try to bypass rate limits, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute our pricing output as your own product.
We may block access if you do any of these.
Content and third-party services
The text, design, and pricing logic on this site belong to us. Map data and satellite imagery come from Mapbox and their own terms apply to that content. Our cost guides are general information, not professional advice for your specific property.
Availability
The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. It depends on third-party services that can fail independently of us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its output — including money spent, contracts entered, or work commissioned on the strength of an estimate. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to those courts having jurisdiction.
